Silon Dual-Dress 04P® Multi-Function Wound Dressing is a single dressing with two different functions. One side consists of an open-celled hydrophilic foam. The other side is Silon-TSR semi-occlusive film. The Silon is perforated to allow exudate to wick away from the wound. With the foam side of the dressing against the wound, the product provides a slightly adhesive surface. With the Silon side of the dressing against the wound, the product provides a non-adherent covering for fragile and sensitive wounds. |

The 0.50 inch (1.3 cm) thick foam layer provides cushioning and absorbency. The non-perforated Silon layer prevents contamination of the wound or leakage from the wound site. |
