One Product, Two Dressings |
Silon Dual-Dress is a single dressing with two different functions. One side consists of a highly absorbent open-celled hydrophilic foam. The other side consists of Silon-TSR semi-occlusive film. The Silon (colored blue) is perforated to allow exudate to wick away from the wound.

With the foam side of the dressing against the wound, the product provides an adhesive surface for difficult fixation conditions. With the Silon side of the dressing against the wound, the product provides a non-adherent covering for fragile and sensitive wounds.
